**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Your role will be supporting our sales team and BDM's in particular
- working collaboratively with sales, marketing, partners, and other key stakeholders to increase sales results and productivity. As a Sales enablement analyst you will be responsible for deploying programs and initiatives that enable the Partnership team to execute the core-aspects of their jobs more effectively, especially as it relates to selling and revenue performance.
A good sales enablement manager is a wearer-of-many hats, who often has a multidisciplinary skill-set as it relates to people, management, organisation, and development. This entails meeting and exceeding their business objectives and enhancing the overall B2B customer experience by using data to drive continuous improvement.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Build a trusted relationship with our business development managers and serve as a liaison between sales, marketing and product teams
- Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimise and assess the sales process and oversee end-to-end performance
- Build and grow our employer lead database for our business development managers
- Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team and further communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
- Facilitate content creation such as presentation materials and proposal templates for use by coordinating with the sales and marketing teams
- Help to prepare competitive analysis and research on our prospective clients to support the sales process
- Assist in pipeline management to ensure accurate forecasting and manage our department data within our CRM system
**REQUIREMENTS**:
**_Minimum_**:
- 1-2+ years experience high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development within a tech startup
- A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Nutshell, Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A relevant University degree

- A masters degree in a relevant field
- Prior experience within a fast paced EdTech company
- Have delivered results with a resilient, entrepreneurial spirit
