**Position/Title**: Sales Analyst

**Reports Too**: Business Analyst

**Function**: Central Services

**Area**: Cape Town

**Overall Responsibility**:

- Creating, sharing and updating reports to enable the commercial and sales teams to make informed decisions.
- Importing, cleaning and combining data from various sources into usable formats and data dashboards on the Business Intelligence system.
- Maintaining data integrity and upkeep of data dashboards

**Focus Area 1**:
**Reporting**
- Creating new reports for various business needs
- Timeously sharing accurate reports to correct stakeholders
- Keeping standard reports up to date

**Core KPI**:

- Reports shared on time in full and accurate

**Focus Area 2**:
**Data Processing and Integrity Management**
- Importing of data from various sources into the BI system
- Ensuring data and information shared with stakeholders are trustworthy and up to date

**Core KPI**:

- Data is correct and loaded within specified timelines

**Requirements of the Role**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or Similar
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Suite Programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong logical and analytical skills
- Detail orientated
- Ability to communicate complex information in an easy to understand format
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Prior experience with coding

**Preferred Skills/Competencies**:

- Prior knowledge of BI systems' front and back end
- Good coding knowledge - Preferably Python, R, C, etc.
