Pepkor Speciality Support Services seeks to appoint a passionate and experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our business leaders and employees across all aspects of the HR function.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing comprehensive HR support to our support teams, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and practices.
- Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.
- Championing a positive and productive work environment that fosters employee engagement and development.
- Acts as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns and ensuring fair treatment.
- Ensures compliance with labour laws and regulations
- Builds strong relationships with business leaders, employees, and HR colleagues.
- Staying abreast of current HR trends and legislation to ensure compliance and best practice.

**Qualifications**:

- A tertiary qualification in HR Management or a related field

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar HR Generalist role, ideally within a retail environment.
- A solid foundation in core HR functions is essential.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices across the employee lifecycle.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach with a passion for delivering exceptional HR service
