Office Administrator/receptionist

National Warehousing and Logistics Company is looking for a Office Administrator/Receptionist in Randburg.
**Main Purpose of the Job**:
**Requirements & Competencies**
- Matric with relevant Degree / Diploma. (With mathematics)
- Minimum 3 years Relevant experience In Reception.
- Minimum 3 years Relevant experience in Dispatch environment.
- Full Vaccination done
- High Computer literacy, understanding and proficiency and competency in Excel; Word; PowerPoint required
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent people skills
- Strong numeracy skills
- Ability to multitask in stressful situations and absorb pressure in stressful situations
- High sense of urgency
**Key responsibility Areas**:
- Ensure Reception area are following COVID 19 Protocols
- Greeting visitors, helping them navigate through the Covid Protocols and sign in procedures and then assist to the correct office.
- Maintaining the JES Reports daily.
- Ensure daily JES reports are pulled and shared before 09h00 to the relevant departments Nationally.
- Print and ensuring JHB team receive their daily job cards - all to be signed for on hand over and kept for record purposes.
- W&D request to be followed up and report back to CS.
- Booking of couriers on approval.
- Ensuring that all information on waybills is correct in accordance with job card as well as physically packed goods
- Ensuring that labels on courier parcels are in accordance with destination addresses as specified on job cards / pick slips
- Following procedure with couriers at dispatch stage - i.e. signing of dispatch note and waybill copies, attaching to POP job card and placing in relevant tray
- Reception area to be clean and ready for visitors at any given time.
- No staff unnecessary in the reception area.
- Strict respect and adherence to Operational; Logistics and Finance process
- Analyse and interpret operational performance information and ensure daily, weekly and monthly monitoring of relevant performance metrics
- Building relationships with both external stakeholders (suppliers, contractors; 3PL contracted for warehousing business etc.), as well as internal stakeholders
- Implementation and adherence to workflow for on-site depot client
- Ensure hardware, software and equipment necessary to run optimally
- Ensuring that all jobs are processed, actioned, and delivered on time.
- Handling of customer queries and escalating the queries to the relevant management
- Ensure that all documentation is correctly filed and easily accessible
- Strong support to Management.
- Adhering to the H&S Covid19 Protocols.
- Assist with operational requirements where required
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R6,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Randburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
