**Purpose of the Job**:
To manage the switchboard, be the first point of contact for stakeholders entering into the Company premises and performs various administrative tasks.

**Some of responsibilities**:

- Administrate all company fleet of 30 in South Africa
- Tracking of fleet / Compiling trip reports
- Report daily to the Operations Manager
- Administrate fleet maintenance
- Monitoring of service book and Update accordingly
- Administrate vehicle licensing & Disc renewals traffic fines
- Managing employee clocking and Capturing of Staff attendance
- Reporting Clients complaints to the relevant department
- Capturing of Staff salaries Spreadsheets
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational requirement**: Grade 12 and/or relevant post grade 12 qualifications.
- **Job related Experience**:More than 2 years experience in similar role.

**Personal attributes**:

- Telephone etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Solid written and verbal communication.
- Proactive when issues arise.
- Multitasking.
- Professionalism.
- Listening skills.
- Pleasant personality.

R11 600.

This is a 4 months temporary position.
