**APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previously worked in Veterinary clinic as administrator
- Veterinary Terminology knowledge
- Passionate pets’ person
- Own transport

**DUTIES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Diary management & scheduling of appointments
- Managing and maintaining the reception area
- Keep the front desk stocked with tasty treats for dog and cat patients
- Ensure the clients and their pets are comfortable in a clean reception area
- Invoicing & Billing
- Medical Aid claims

**HOURS**:

- Monday - Friday: 07h00 - 16h00
- Saturdays: 7h45 - 13h00 (2x Saturdays per month)

**SALARY PACKAGE**:
R65 - R90 per hour (depends on experience)

**STARTING DATE**: ASAP
