As the social media administrator, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring various brands' Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness, brand love and engagement, improve marketing efforts and increase sales. The role will include managing and maintaining digital platforms such as GoogleMyBusiness, social listening tools, website blogs and developing monthly brand reports. You are expected to make a genuine contribution to the organisation and work cohesively with the team to provide work that exceeds our client’s needs. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organisational skills, collaboration, and stakeholder management to drive alignment across key stakeholders. Key requirements of this role are professionalism, responsiveness, the ability to handle multiple projects and remain calm under pressure. You will need to work independently and as part of a team, and ensure that you use your creativity, express ideas and execute tasks to make a real contribution to the organisation.
What you will do
Develop content and copy for the assigned brands, go through the approval process, and load content onto social media channels using Falcon.
Find images relevant to assigned brands' content copy and develop artwork on Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator.
Responsive and engaging community management of assigned brands on social media platforms, GoogleMyBusiness and Listening Tools while also highlighting opportunities and risks that may arise.
Generate monthly reports for assigned brands using a combination of social media platforms, Falcon, Brandwatch, Google Analytics and Mangools.
Generate blogs and content for websites
Continuously build knowledge and leverage insights on industry trends and transfer knowledge of best practices and best in class to the rest of the team.
Ad hoc tasks and administration.
Expected skills and attributes

**Skills/knowledge**:
Writing skills and good grammar with no typos
Ability to write social media copy that resonates with the brand audience.
Project management and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Experience and qualification
Experience

Blogging or managing a social media account is an advantage.

**Qualifications**:
Degree or diploma in preferably communications, marketing or advertising
Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop will be an advantage.
