**purpose**:
- End to end accountability for all activities related to the management of FNB ATM leased portfolio. The main function of this role is to plan, organise, lead, control & direct all the activities related to the successful management of the FNB ATM portfolio within the Points of Presence Business Unit.**experience and qualifications**:
- BCom / BSc Degree or relevant Commercial Property degree / diploma - 2 - 3 years Property and Role related experience-

**responsibilities**:
- Build strong mutually beneficial relationships with Landlords and internal business units - All leases must be signed before expiry in line with process timeframes - Negotiate locations, rates, escalations and landlord approvals - Secure tenure of leases via an Offer to lease - Negotiate re-instatement costs with Landlords to reduce the cost and scope of work to a minimum - Liaise with FNB PoP Legal to resolve lease agreement issues - Ensure FNB is protected from adverse clauses in the lease agreements - Monthly reporting of crucial Lease statistics - Manage the overall cost of the lease portfolio - Negotiate exiting of leases with Landlords - Negotiate relocations of ATMs prior to lease expiry with Landlords in line with Business Case requirements - Create and manage lease minimum standards - Negotiate leases to the minimum standards document - Maintain the database of leases with all relevant information - Ensure payments for leases, rates & taxes and utilities are in line with the lease agreements - Develop a deep understanding of the technical trends, commercial market, competition and trends in the market - GL review - Office administration - Implements appropriately the Operational Risk Policy Framework of the Business area
