CRM - Customer Complaint Manager

**JOB AT A GLANCE**:
Our client, a national, award-winning car service and repairs company is searching for a motivated and experienced customer service manager.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Requesting all the required documentation from customers or branches pertaining complaints:
Signed job cards, tax invoices, supplier invoices, phone recordings, manager’s handover checklist,
62-point checks and all other relevant information
- Liaising with the clients and the branches and keeping customers up to date regarding their query lodged, hourly or daily as required
- Requesting phone recordings from Contron / IT company
- Resolving customer complaints
- Managing the special tool catalogue booking in and out process
- All Facebook and Hello Peter complaints need to be send to the branch and owner in order to give them a chance to resolve the complaint on their side first.
- Manage and update the below platforms daily:
⎯ Magnitude
⎯ One on One sheet
⎯ Overall branch complaints sheet
⎯ Reporting sheet
**KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a customer service position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
