**EXPERIENCE**:
Essential:

- 3 - 4 years' experience working in a Commercial role within a Retail environment
- 2 - 3 years management experience in finance/accounting

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Essential:

- Grade 12 Certificate/Matric
- B.COM Accounting/Honours degree

Preferred:

- A CIMA qualification will be advantageous

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provision of Operations Capital Expenditure Information
- Creation of Capex orders to suppliers for new store installations and payment of invoices
- Analysis of Capex installation costs
- Annual Budgeting and Forecast of capital expenditure
- Evaluation of Reporting Processes
- Other Ad-hoc reporting
