Regional HR Officer

- Ensure regional compliance with Group Reporting Standards and Best People Standards
- Compile monthly regional HR and CEO report
- Gather information to determine non compliance with HR Best practices
- Compile and maintain a region HR Authority Matrix manual
- Review corrective actions for internal and external HR audit findings and support countries to be compliant to improve on standards
- On boarding
- Exit Process
- Ensure compliance in terms of Performance Management
- Assists with the AA/BEE data compilation and reporting processes.
- Overhead Management
- Identify improvement areas from feedback report
- To undertake all duties as requested by the RHRD

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Grade 12
- BCom HR / Organisational Psychology (Honours degree an advantage
- At least 3 years relevant experience
