**RESPONSIBILITIES - You will be responsible for**:
HR Administration
- Preparation of payroll data on spreadsheet, overtime, leave etc.
- Preparation of HR related documentation eg.contracts, job descriptions, etc.
- Preparation of IR related documentation eg. Disciplinary Warnings etc.
- Preparation of labour cost information.
- Managing the time and attendance system.
- Ordering of PPE.
- Any other reasonable task that may be required by management.

Finance Administration
- Reconciliation of supplier invoices.
- Capturing of finance date on Cegid.
- All other finance related administration’.

Administration
- General Office Administration.
- Any other reasonable task that may be required by management.

Qualifications, and Other Requirements
- Grade 12
- Certificate in Business Administration
- Certificate in Finance will be an advantage
- Certification in Payroll and HR will be an advantage
- Fully Competent in Microsoft Office
- 2 Years’ Experience
- Accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines
