**Requirements**:

- Must have practical experience in drafting notice of motions, Recissions, Sec65 EAO's, Sec 58 applicants, supporting affidivats and similar.
- Knoweledge in Administration Orders and Debt Reviews will be an advantage
- Legal Diploma/Degree or similar qualification.
- Minimum 5 years experience.
- Would suit Admitted Attorney and or well Experienced Paralegal.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Client Consults and Queries
- Supervising legal clerks and EAO Department
- Attending to daily file corresspondences.
- Providing office support to the firms branches in different regions.
- Training and management of legal clerks.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R15,000.00 per month
