Our homeware client whose HO is based in Mobeni are looking to hire a BLACK FEMALE to assist with front desk reception duties (switchboard), boardroom bookings, message taking, Front of house etc along with assist with varied duties within the Marketing dept:
**Duties include but not limited to**:

- Switchboard
- Boardroom bookings
- Timekeeping
- Administration (loyalty programs)
- Stationery (ordering, distribution, monitoring)
- Annual uniform orders
- Ad-hoc Signage and branding projects
- Order notes

**Minimum requirements include**:

- Matric
- 1 years Switchboard experience
- 3 years administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills
- MS Office proficiency

Basic **graphic design** would be a **huge advantageous.**

Salary R9k CTC monthly (R6500 basic and R2500 incentive)

Hours: Mon to Fri 8am-5pm

Alternative Saturdays 8am - 1pm

Alternative PH 9am - 1pm
