Currently we are searching for an Administration Assistant for Durban, South Africa.

**Responsibilities of this Post**:
Maintain office filing and storage systems.
Distribute/file all incoming mail.
Keep filing/document management system for electronic and paper documents organized.
Monitor and order office supplies.
Keep inventory of office equipment.
General reception duties; Answer and direct phone calls.
Assist in organizing, scheduling meetings and appointment.
Assist in making travel arrangements.

**Perform errands that assist daily functions**: post office, customs office, and other relevant offices.

**Requirements of this Post**:
Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field with relevant professional work experience in Administration.
Three years of relevant professional work experience similar position.
Excellent organisational and administration skills and ability to multi-task.
A methodical and organised approach.
Advanced computer literacy and typing skills.
