**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Organizing and storing paperwork and computer-based information.

Complete and report on customer quotations

Follow-up with suppliers and contractors on outstanding work / activities.

Assist Management with staff issues, arrangements, travel schedules and overall efficiency of day-to-day operations.

Control of electricity and telephone accounts for the branch.

Document processing, data capturing.

Complete weekly payroll processing - PaySpace.

Generating sales, cost and forecast reports on a daily basis.

Any other tasks and activities to support the efficiency of the operations.

Matric as a minimum qualification.

3 years experience in a similar role.

Administration, secretarial and operations knowledge and understanding.

Must have experience in fast-paced and high demand manufacturing environment.

MS-Office proficient - Excel (intermediate to advanced), Word, PowerPoint, etc

Ability to understand, report and forecast on current orders and sales.

Pastel & Payspace experience would be an advantage
