**National Warranty Claims Administrator - Join Our Dynamic Team**

With extensive travel within SA borders, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our high standards.

**_ Responsibilities and Duties:_**

? Upholding Compliance and Integrity: Embrace and adhere to our compliance, integrity, and ethical processes while identifying and escalating any risks that may arise in your area of expertise.

? Technical Expertise: Consult our technical manager for guidance on complex or problematic claims, ensuring accurate and fair assessments.

? Effective Claims Management: Independently assess and manage claims within authority limits, guaranteeing fair outcomes and timely settlements.

? Communication and Customer Support: Engage with clients and various stakeholders via phone and written communication, providing exceptional support and resolving queries promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

? Fraud Detection: Maintain a vigilant eye for any suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or dishonesty and report such cases promptly.

? Stakeholder Relationships: Foster mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate, professional, and timely communication.

? System Maintenance: Keep internal systems and records up to date, enabling seamless operations and data accuracy.

? Continuous Improvement: Offer expert advice and support, contributing to the implementation of effective change initiatives in your area of specialization.

? Customer Advocacy: Resolve customer complaints regarding claims promptly and professionally, providing exceptional service and ensuring fair treatment.

? Data Analysis: Conduct teardown analysis and analyze warranty data to generate monthly reports, contributing to valuable insights and decision-making processes.

? Team Management: Lead and manage the warranty departments located in East London, Durban, Cape Town, and Benoni, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

? Facility Management: Oversee the teardown facility for manufacturing and customer failures, ensuring efficient operations and timely resolution.

? Safety and Liability Claims: Manage and analyze safety-critical and possible liability claims, ensuring accurate assessment and appropriate action.

? Fleet Vehicle Analysis: Support First Battery frontline personnel with technical analyses of large corporate customer fleet vehicles.

? Online Complaints Resolution: Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner through our online channels, showcasing excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

? Project Management: Take charge of implementing a QR code on our products, driving efficiency and enhancing customer experience.

**_ Qualifications and Experience:_**
- BTech/Diploma in Risk Management, Chemical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong computer and technical/mechanical abilities.
- Very good knowledge of JDE, MS Word, and MS Excel.
- Chemical, electrical, and risk analysis abilities.
