Temp Financial Administrator

Our client, a well-established and progressive packaging import and export company, based in Paarl, seeks to employ an efficient, organised and Financial Administrator, with experience in foreign exchange transactions, to join their small but fast paced team for a maternity relief contract of between 4-6 months.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION**
- You will have Matric, with accountancy and mathematics plus 5 years experience in cash book, debtors, stores & general finance to include experience in working with foreign currencies and the following functions:
- Cashbook transactions
- Debtors control - follow up on outstanding invoices, sending invoices and statement, updating customer details etc.
- Manage inventory and assist with stock takes and variance analysis
- Administration of the warranty process
- Process purchase orders and receiving for local suppliers
- Fleet card and credit card administration
- Balance sheet recons for foreign subsidiaries
- You must have a valid driver's license, a clear credit and criminal record and your own reliable vehicle.
