**The successful person will be required to perform but not limited to the below functions**:

- Assist HR Manager with the administration of vacancies and the entire recruitment process, screen/headhunt and source applicants fit for the Job Ad placed within 24 hours.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments, Interviews
- Create and govern employee information files
- Providing on-going support and assistance to the HR manager and the respective business units
- Assist the HR manager with the divisional implementation of projects and initiatives
- Manage the efficient, timeous and accurate HR administration and ensure that all queries are resolved within 24 hours
- Carry out any other reasonable ad hoc duties in order to support the HR department

**Requirements**:
