**Qualifications**:

- NQF Level 6 Diploma / Advance certificate in or Office Administration/Project Management

**Experience**:

- Office Administration and Project Administration - 2 years
- Information Technology (Operational) - 2 years
- Credit and Risk Industry (Operational) - 1 year

**Duties**:

- Arrange and organize meetings, including relevant documentation, logístical and refreshments, perform minute-taking duties during meetings and prepare minutes, matters arising activity log and decision log and distribution thereof.
- Develop, implement, monitor, support, and execute project management administrative processes, and functions and produce relevant documentation.
- Respond to inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically, or in person. This includes mailbox management.
- Monitor and manage unresolved/overdue Freshdesk ticket resolution timelines and escalate to Team Leads or Unit Managers as relevant.
- Extract and provide PowerBI reports and graphs for monitoring and measuring metrics reporting to governance structures and informing the work of the Stakeholder team.
- Produce consolidation reports and any other monthly or quarterly reports, logs or updates required.
- Update and manage the policy and standard operating procedures (SOPs) revision schedule for the Unit and identify any changes that impacted an earlier revision than scheduled.
- Provide support to and report on various projects across different units within the Association.
- Adhere to, and ensure compliance with Constitution, relevant policies, SOPs, and contractual obligations and with relevant legislation, regulations, and guidelines as issued by Authority.
