Duties & Responsibility of an Executive PA:
- Coordinate CEO calendar and meetings
- Coordinate travel logistics
- Executive Personal Assistant and administrative duties
- Perform company secretarial functions
- Arrange meetings ;take minutes and notes; support with the coordination of dairies
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Delegate tasks to relevant team members as required.
- Process all payment requests.
Experience & Qualifications:
- This position requires a strong background in the administrative /secretarial field.
- PA/ Executive diploma or Degree beneficial.
- Experience of a mínimal five years as an executive PA.
- Excellent use of English: oral and written for writing, copy -write and editing.
- Strong capability to multitask, organize, (re) priorities and streamline tasks.
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels.
- Strong time management and independent
- working ability.
- Development and use of systems for checking, follow up and creating efficiencies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office with exceptional excel
- working skills.
- Self
- starter with problem solving skills and working understanding of financial management
**Salary**: From R12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Midrand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
