High energy, hotshot manager required for leading luxury hotel brand, 2 hours from CT

5* luxury experience essential

**Profile**:

- Fulfill all administrative requirements of the Front Office
- Implement HR policies/legislative requirements
- Develop & implement action plans ensuring the optimal functioning of all FO operational/functional areas
- Manage guest comments and requests
- Deliver high quality standards

**Requirements**:

- Hotel school diploma/equivalent
- Good numeracy, verbal and written English skills
- Min 5 years’ experience (5*/deluxe)
- Strong staff management 7 leadership skills
- Strong guest orientation
- Strong admin skills
- Own transport

This position is live out (accommodation can be provided in hotel for first 30 days)

Remuneration: R30k neg
