**Qualifications**:

- Qualification in hospitality management or a related field.
- **Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position & a 5-star environment.**:

- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in hotel reservations and billing systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
