**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As an Account Manager in the Partnerships division at HyperionDev you will be handling the day-to-day account management of our client and partners accounts. This entails meeting and exceeding their business objectives and enhancing the overall B2B customer experience by using data to drive continuous improvement.

We are looking for a talented, customer-obsessed, strategic Account Manager to help shape the future of new exciting partnerships at HyperionDev with the intersection of technical and business needs and exposure to senior leadership.

As an Account Manager, you will work with the senior management team to help in building, influencing and managing our strategic partners and drive revenue growth. You will create and drive strategies on everything from building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with client-side senior managers and the company at large, to driving product improvement in the business. You will be at the helm of one of the world's fastest growing tech startups.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage a portfolio of customers, with the support from the Head of Partnerships on large accounts.
- Take responsibility for growing revenue as well as the day to day management of partnership accounts.
- Drive business growth through existing clients, developing a proactive action plan for your accounts in order to meet client retention and budget targets.
- Build and sustain strong and long-lasting relationships with client-side senior managers and maintain frequent contact with any other third party agencies used by each customer.
- Specifically identify, propose, upsell and implement new projects and campaigns in order to meet and exceed each customer's ROI and service expectations and to maximise revenue and profit for HyperionDev.
- Understand the features and benefits of all HyperionDev product offerings in order to successfully promote these to customers. Where necessary, to liaise with other key personnel and departments to deliver the strongest possible commercial and strategic offering.
- Seek advice and guidance from the Head of Partnerships to ensure reporting utilises the correct metrics, delivers robust insight, includes clear actions, and relates clearly to achievement against agreed objectives.
- Maintain a strong understanding and high proficiency of use of the key analytical tools.
- Ensure the seamless on-boarding of new customers from the business development team to account management once terms have been signed with the support of Head of Partnerships.
- Investigate and solve customer problems, complaints and credit issues by liaising with all necessary departments.
- Maintain and honour contracts and obligations between parties.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**_Minimum_**:

- At least 3+ years of experience in an account management role for a fast-paced, rapidly scaling tech startup.
- 3+ years of B2B Enterprise Sales experience.
