**About the Position**
- Work is onsite and hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, alternate weekends overtime pay - 8am to 12pm for the first six months.

**Role and responsibilities include the following**:
Duties include but are not limited to the following:

- **Certificate Lifecycle Management as per the Certificate Practice Statement**
- Perform identification and validation of Applicants for new Certificates
- Perform identification and validation of Subscribers for Renewal requests
- Perform identification and validation of Subscribers for Re-key/Re-issue requests
- Perform identification and validation of Subscribers / 3rd party requests for Revoke requests
- Approve certificate requests and Activate certificates
- Ensure timely Revocation of certificates
- Identify and manage High Risk Certificate requests and Blacklist database

**Subscriber support**:

- Monitor support system for logged support tickets
- Monitor support system for certificate problem reports
- Respond to logged support tickets and certificate problem reports within 24 hours and ensure timely resolution of the issue

Execute the TrustFactory subscriber validation processes as per the Certificate Practice Statement, and following internally defined methods.

Support the CA Administrator in proper running of the TrustFactory software

Ensure the accuracy and quality of data captured into the TrustFactory system

Maintain awareness and understanding of the Information Security Management System of TrustFactory.

Take individual responsibility for protection of TrustFactory information through implementation and compliance with information security and privacy controls that are the responsibility of users or line management.

Undergo annual training on PKI systems, vetting procedures, and duties

Identify and recommend to management the Reliable Data Sources to be used for validation purposes

Identify sources for reference to validate Notary Publics, Commissioner of Oaths, Charted Accountants
