**Duties will include but not be limited to**:

- Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form
- Greeting visitors at reception
- Updating computer records using a database
- Printing and photocopying
- Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR
- Working in an office.
- Loading paperwork on SAP, CAPISOL AND COUPA
- Answering and delegating calls through switchboard
- Data capturing and managing
- Sending out Tax Invoices to customers and following up for their return

Position is +- 10 km outside Rustenburg on the Koster turn off

Salary R 6 000.00 negotiable
