Administrative Support Specialist

Main Objective:
- To oversee and manage administrative tasks and support the smooth operation of the branch.
About the Role:
This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Branch and staff, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining and updating office records, files, and databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Branch and staff.
- Handle correspondence and maintain office records.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and relevant documents.
- Liaise with the Account Manager on customer invoicing, delivery dates, and payment collection.
- Control branch stock levels and manage inventory.
- Ensure completion of Contractors/Service Packs and Vendor Applications.
- Accurately capture data for Certificates of Compliance/Service Reports.
Requirements:
- Grade 12/Matric; additional certification in office administration or secretarial certificate.
- 3 years administrative experience, preferably in a mining environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Advanced Microsoft Excel (essential).
- Valid driver's license.
