A well-established organisation in Rustenburg is seeking a Branch Administrator to join their team. Salary will be discussed in the interview.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Have a minimum of 2 years experience with Administration
- Must have previous sales experience
- Experience in the Glass Wholesaler industry is an advantage
- Reside in Rustenburg
- Be computer literate in MS Office & Pastel

**Key Performance Areas**:

- Answering incoming calls.
- Internal sales - taking orders, phoning customers and cold calling, assist walk in customers.
- Order capture and checking on Pastel
- Hand picking slips and documentation to staff loading vehicles.
- Invoicing and picking slip capture on Pastel.
- Payments and Speed Point payments and control.
- Pod control and signing thereof by customers.
- Best practice checks on vehicles before they leave on delivery.
- To complete credit request with a clear descriptive reason for the credit and have it signed off by branch Supervisor.
- Compile daily best practice documentation packs and have it checked and signed off by branch Supervisor and send to relevant departments.
- Maintain system pricing by completing Contact forms to be checked by Supervisor and signed off.
- Reception and Access control/screening of all visitors entering the building.
- Answering incoming calls.
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure efficient deliveries with no route deviations in conjunction with the Branch Supervisor.
- Check vehicles i.e. Daily mileage, Glass to invoice, Cleanliness
- Consolidate and check delivery documentation i.e. Print and prepare Vehicle trip sheets and documentation and distribution thereof to relevant departments, check and sign all Pod’s back and check trips sheets.
- Assist in ensuring that all vehicles are checked and loaded correctly.
- Assist with stock take and maintain stock sheets on glass and putty rack ensure high level of accuracy when capturing or receiving stock.
- Control incoming and outgoing consumables and have a clear register of goods issued.
- Printing of daily Age Analysis and control functions thereof.
- Split Daily Packs by department before sending documentation to head office.
- General administration duties.
- Filing of all documentation.
- Upkeep/updating staff files regularly and filing thereof
- Housekeeping oversee cleanliness of offices/change rooms/kitchen/toilets and record keeping on cleaning registers daily.
- Due to the nature of the business perform all other related or incidental activities when so required.
