**Job Summary**: Our client is a well-established Landlord and Developer, with an eye for turning old, underutilised buildings into modern, and fully let precincts. They are a Property Asset Management Company, with their Commercial, Retail, Residential and Industrial Portfolio situated mainly in the city centres of Pretoria and Johannesburg, and in need of a Property Manager to take charge of a government tenanted portfolio.

Your Portfolio will have you managing all aspects of commercial properties, as well as the tender and bidding process. Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Budget Preparation and management
- Monthly reporting in terms of vacancies, income and expenses, variances, and operations.
- Maintenance, utilities, building and facilities management.
- Negotiations and management of SLAs and contractors.
- Building and maintaining relationship with key stakeholders.
