**Industry Manager: Lubricants and Energy**

IMCD South Africa is looking for an experienced Industry Manager to join the Lubricants and Energy team based in Johannesburg / Durban reporting into the Business Unit Manager.

**Person Profile: Targeted Skills & Capabilities**
- You have a strong commercial drive, analytical mindset, and good interpersonal skills. You are willing and able to travel nationally, into Africa as well as abroad if required.
- You should be an analytical self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to compile and present presentations and reports. You must be IT literate and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and to prioritize accordingly.

**The position is responsible for**:

- Maximizing profitability, controlling working capital, growing the portfolio, and achieving budgetary objectives for your selected product portfolio.
- Technical assistance to customers and colleagues.
- Constructing a business plan which will include strategies and sales forecasts for annual budgets.
- Assist in co-coordinating sales of product and managing product availability on a national basis.
- Maintaining customer databases on all allocated customers on CRM system on an ongoing basis.
- Stock Management, Debtor and Working Capital Management
- Obtaining information relating to specific market surveys.

**Expected Qualification/Education**:

- BSc degree or equivalent
- Between 5 - 10 years proven sales experience in a related field.

**Primary Job Location**:
Johannesburg or Durban, South Africa.

**Travel**:
Nationally, as well as into Africa and abroad as required.
