**Minimum requirement**
- Matric.
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office.

**Responsibilities**

Procurement
- Procuring and controlling stationary, groceries, cleaning material, bar stock, colleague gifts and spoils, client gifts, etc.
- Management of monthly consumable purchases.
- Responsible for the ordering and purchase of business cards.

Maintenance
- Building maintenance.
- Ensure kitchen and office areas are always clean and tidy.
- Liaison for alarms service provider.
- Liaise with the landlord regarding regular fire drills.

Supervision of colleagues
- Arrange deliveries.
- Manage ESS.

Company Vehicles
- Ensure company vehicle is well maintained and serviced on a regular basis.
- Ensure the company vehicle is licensed, has fuel and the usage of the vehicle is business related and appropriate.

Filing Room
- Supervise general filing in the basement storeroom.
- Liaise with metro file to order empty boxes and archiving.
- Retrieval of files when necessary.

Functions, Events, and Entertainment
- Arrange catering for functions and meetings (internal and external).
- Responsible for arranging colleague braais and pizza days.
- Responsible for the annual Mandela Day and colleague involvement.
- Coordinating all Industry related events for branches (IIG, ILA, IISA).
- Coordinating training events for colleagues (seminars, breakfast talks, etc).

Administration
- Recording of the complaints and compliments register, under supervision.
- Prepare monthly, courier and stationary invoices for approval by BM.
- Sourcing of BEE-compliant suppliers with respect to Johannesburg office consumables.
- Control of welcome packs for new hires.
- Supervising of switchboard roster and ensuring the roster is compiled monthly.
- Control and accurate balancing of petty cash.
- Responsible for the completion of the monthly attendance register.
- Responsible for the completion of the annual leave roster.
- Maintain SLA register and ensure timeous action on expiring SLA’s, under supervision.
- Update Claim flow with all client updates and SLA’s.
- Update and maintenance client systems.
