Rebranding Maintenance Administrator

**We are seeking a Rebranding Maintenance Administrator for a 3-year contract position based in East London, Eastern Cape**
**Applicants are required to meet the following criteria**:
- Grade 12 with relevant administration training / qualification and good technical knowledge
- 3+ years maintenance administration experience and valid driver’s license
- MS Office proficiency together with Pastel Evolution (ordering)
**Duties include, but not limited to**:
- Maintenance of site and contractor lists.
- Create purchase orders.
- Follow up with contractors to invoice timeously.
- Load invoices on the system.
- Allocate obligation costs on tasks.
- Insert GL codes and refer invoices for approval.
- Check if all relevant paperwork is loaded on tasks.
- Manage and maintain all site files and update when required.
- Maintain records in relation to work.
- Ensure accurate filing for retrieval.
- General administration and filing.
- Assist projects and maintenance staff on ad hoc basis.
**Salary: R30 000.00 per month for the contract duration**
