Currently we are searching for a Customer Care Team Leader for Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

- Overseeing and managing team members effectively.
- Assigning tasks to team members and ensuring timely completion.
- Handling customer complaints and queries professionally and efficiently.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Mediating and resolving conflicts within the team or with customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor customer service representatives’ performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Train and onboard new customer service representatives.
- Analyse customer service trends and recommend improvements.

Requirements of this Post:

- Bachelor degree.
- Four years experience in the similar role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced skills preferred).
- Exceptional planning and organising skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail.
