Ingrain is seeking a dymani Strategy Intern who will conduct **Market Analysis and Business Insights. **Collectively, the Strategy team will offer the following value to Ingrain and key decision makers/executives where relevant:

- Market Research and Analysis, Business Insights
- Data Driven Decision Support (Financial Analysis etc.)
- Project Management Support
- Consumer behaviour insights
- Sector Insights

**Key Deliverables**:

- Comprehensive market reports with actionable insights.
- Data-driven analysis supporting strategic decision-making.
- Efficiently managed and documented strategic projects.
- Regular updates on consumer behavior and industry trends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive market research by analyzing consumer trends, market dynamics, and regulatory landscapes in the food ingredients and FMCG space.
- Utilize business science methodologies to interpret market data and identify strategic opportunities for the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and align market findings with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry publications, economic indicators, and emerging technologies to provide proactive insights.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the market.
- Develop and maintain a competitive intelligence database to track competitor activities, product launches, and market positioning.
- Collaborate with the strategy team to assess market trends and formulate strategies to gain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular updates on market dynamics and competitor movements to the broader team.

**May be required to support in the following areas**:

- Manage and coordinate strategic projects undertaken by the strategy team, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders involved in strategic initiatives.
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and key performance indicators to measure project success.
- Provide administrative support to the strategy team, including organizing meetings, maintaining project documentation, and tracking progress.

**Qualifications**:
Degree in Marketing / Business Science / Economics / Statistics

**Experience**:
1 year work experience advantageous

**Job Type**: Internship
