**About the Role**:
The HR Graduate will support the HR function and ensure all related administrative duties are carried out efficiently. The incumbent will also have the opportunity to gain experience in various HR activities and support the site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all administrative functions are carried out accurately and diligently
- Update and maintain files for audit purposes
- Conducting pre-screenings and scheduling interviews
- Liaising with payroll and benefits on behalf of employees
- Setting up criminal checks and medicals for new employees
- Conducting reference checks and scheduling exit interviews
- Provide support with minute taking, answering calls and treating all documents in a confidential manner
- Observe hearings, disciplinaries and interviews
- Provide support with HR projects

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:
**Essential**:

- Matric with Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Data capturing experience
- Computer literacy

**Communication**:

- Written & oral ability to communicate complex ideas concisely
- Able to operate in complex and dynamic working environment, with several reporting points

**Problem Solving/Decision Making**:

- Decision making & judgment Problem solving - enquiring mind, lateral thinking
