In this role you will support Swiss Re Corporate Solutions’ strategy in close collaboration with sales and distribution partners in the South African corporate insurance market. You will support the execution of strategic go-to-market sales & distribution plans covering core top and bottom-line goals and appropriate strategic initiatives and milestones working closely alongside the CEO, Head: Sales & Distribution and Underwriting team.

You will collaborate with Marketing & Communications Teams (local/regional/global) to oversee local execution of campaigns, market messages and brand positioning with Sales & Distribution and other key stakeholders as well as coordinate local execution of sponsorship & events. You will prepare reports, briefs, presentations, and compilation of pitch decks supporting our innovative risk solutions and international business value propositions.

You will analyse and interpret data on broker performance, providing sales and distribution insight and intelligence, collate market insights to inform and help position the business to leverage future growth opportunities. Additionally, you will provide oversight & analysis of satisfaction surveys to drive continuous improvement.

You will coordinate and support the sales and distribution activities to help achieve goals, KPI's and strategic priorities of the business.

**About the Team**:
This role is embedded within the Corporate Solutions Sales & Distribution team and reports directly into Head of Distribution and Sales, with a dotted line into the CEO. The Sales & Distribution Management team leads the relationship and business development efforts for strategic customers and broker partners.

You Will Possess:

- Experience managing a brand strategy or developing brand plans
- Experience in sales, relationship management and new business origination
- Experience in working with various CRM systems.
- Expert knowledge and capability in using Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Strong reporting and report writing capability and analytical skills.
- Effective organisational & interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with ability to handle conflicts and steer multiple parties' interests into an aligned one
