- **Coordinate and schedule all entertainment events and activities, including shows, performances, and other onboard entertainment options**

***
- **Work closely with the Entertainment Director to develop and implement new and innovative entertainment programs**

***
- **Manage the onboard entertainment budget and ensure that all expenses are within budget**

***
- **Liaise with external performers and vendors to book and schedule performances and events**

***
- **Maintain accurate records of all entertainment-related expenses and revenue**

***
- **Provide support to the Entertainment Director in managing the entertainment team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations**

***
- **Collaborate with other departments, such as Food and Beverage and Guest Services, to ensure smooth coordination of entertainment activities**

***
- **Respond to guest inquiries and concerns regarding entertainment options and provide excellent customer service at all times**

***
- **Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for new and exciting entertainment options**

***_ Qualifications:_**

***
- **Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field**

***
- **2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cruise industry**

***
- **Strong organizational and time-management skills**

***
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**

***
- **Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment**

***
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software**

***
- **Knowledge of entertainment and event planning principles and practices**

***
- **Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays**

***
- **Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary travel documents**
