**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Digital Content Project Manager to deliver tasks successfully and on time
- Oversee day-to-day CMS administration
- Upload of content inventory to Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Assist in achieving daily deliverables
- Ensure content is kept up to date across multiple platforms
- Mine large datasets to extract, analyse and cross-reference content
- Troubleshoot and correct any system errors
- Manage multiple languages within CMS

**Requirements**:

- Please note this is Hybrid working and only applicants based in Cape Town will be considered
- Matric with 2 years’ experience in the field of digital administration
- Tertiary education advantageous
- Experienced working on online CMS systems
- Excellent Excel skills and experience working with large datasets (advanced Excel advantageous)

**Competencies**:

- Sharp eye for errors and impeccable attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and comfortable working on different tasks simultaneously
- Excellent time management and able to deliver work set to tight deadlines
- Have a structured approach to responsibilities and tasks
