Vehicle Administrator

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Verification Processes & Systems (Lightstone / Transunion and similar)
- User verification processes & System Management
- CRM management and sales process updating
- Basic image editing & fraud detection
- Basic Invoicing
- Maintain office & relevant systems
- Assist Vehicle Sales Personnel with admin documentation
- Assist Vehicle Buying Personnel with admin documentation
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team and management teams
- Some secretarial functionality
- Manage the maintenance and organization of office equipment and supplies
- Monthly reporting, etc.
- Indepth knowledge of how the Vehicle industry works with relevant terminology used.
- High Level Social Media updates & listings
**Skills**:
- Fully bilingual
- Strong organizational skills with fine attention to detail
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Be organized and able to take direction under authority
- Excellent Listening skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Positive attitude & Self Driven
- Must be able to plan and manage time effectively
Further Requirements:
- Must preferably reside in Centurion or surrounding area
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Must have own transport and valid driver’s license
- Minimum education: Diploma/Degree
- No criminal record
- Contactable references and accurate history
- Available as soon as possible
Package and Benefits:
- Market Related - Negotiable depending on experience
- 15 Days annual leave
**Salary**: R6,500.00 - R20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Centurion, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
