- ENSURES COMPLIANCE WITH WETSTOCK MANAGEMENT GOVERNANCE RULES
- Ensures that the Wetstock procedure is up to date and communicated to al the stakeholders involved in WSM
- Defines the tolerance thresholds for gains and losses and submits for validation
- Defines a Retail global annual objective for gains and losses
- Is responsible of the alert protocol and escalation process to follow in case of an incident / important losses
- Ensures that the delegations for gains and losses are validated
- Defines the classification policy to identify the station at risk (criteria defined by the WSM)
- Defines the dipping frequency for TM and Dealer depending on equipment, business model (CO & DO) and head office governance rules
- Updates and communicates monthly a dashboard of Wetstock indicators
- Organizes Wetstock Steering Committee as well as a Wetstock Working Committee with Business, Maintenance and Supply
- Reports on Top losses and unposted stations at the monthly Corporate Mass Balance meeting
- EQUIPMENT
- WSM has a list with all Wetstock equipment (age, date of last control )
- Receives regularly reports from the maintenance team to update its Wetstock equipment list
- Ensures that ATG are in a good working order, well configured and reliable
- Proposes new/replacement equipment
- Follows a list of stations which are not compliant to HSE invariant standards for pump and tank installations
- Ensures that the pumps are calibrated in terms of local regulations
- CHECKS DELIVERIES AND SERVICE STATION STOCKS
- WSM, TM, Maintenance and Logistics do periodic inspections to ensure that deliveries are done in compliance with the procedure
- Ensures that all TM’s and Dealers are trained on the WSM procedure
- Controls that TM do at least one manual dipping per month, or other agreed intervals
- WSM and TM are informed of all stock anomalies (above threshold) by the Dealers
- WSM and TM are informed of all delivery anomalies (above threshold) by the Dealers
- CHECKS DATA RELIABILITY AND PERFORMS REGULAR ANALYSIS AND CONTROLS
- Analyses the gains and losses per station per product in order to determine the source of any anomalies and an escalation process is followed
- in case of an incident / significant losses
- Coordinate activities with external Wetstock Management service provider (e.g. Fairbanks) to ensure their monitoring of sites is aligned with
- internal procedures
- Checks the reliability of TM and Dealer dippings
- Defines the rules and the penalties for Dealer in case of no dipping reliability
- Ensures that gains and losses identified are on station operations only (excluded transport losses)
- Informs maintenance team of any anomalies (gauge readings )
- Sets a plan of action per station for discussion at Wet-stock Working Committee and follows an action plan for WSM per service station
- Develops comprehensive management KPI reports to track compliance and / or progress on Contradictory dips, Contaminations, ATG

- Management and integrity of the SAP / ESO interfaces and associated billing process
- Manages the master data process
- Negating any negative impact on the SOC billing process
- Responsible for testing and accepting any modifications made to SAP- Materials Management & Supply and Distribution and or ESO that
- may have on impact on the system
- Develop comprehensive management KPI reports to ensure the systems integrity - e.g. ESO site sales is equal to invoiced sales
- Issues identified via the Monitoring Tool within SAP are managed and effectively resolved.
- Managing the monthly price increase or decrease.
- HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
- Effective management of Human Resources through continuous people management, staff development, and coaching/mentoring to ensure
- a positive working environment that will attract and retain skilled manpower and increase productivity.

**Context and environment**
- No of Stock on Consignment (SOC) service stations = 430. Average SOC stockholding = 20-36 km3 MR 415/ month;
- annual throughput = 1,445 km3. Opex budget of MR 10.
- 3 Direct and 4 Indirect Reports
- National responsibility for SOC service stations stockholding, fuel sales billing, taking direct responsibility for gains and
- losses, inventory optimization as well as inter-departmental co-ordination.
- Chair the Wetstock Committee which is cross-functional and National Dealer Council Wetstock forum.
- The purpose of this function is to reduce as far as possible the financial and environmental impacts associated with fuel delivery and storagein TotalEnergies Retail network. At the same time ensuring that all fuel sales are billed through the interface between ESO and SAP
