Planet Fitness is looking for a Junior Personal Assistant who will be committed to delivering top-notch service to our National Sales Manager which plays a crucial role in driving growth and maintaining our market position.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the National Sales Manager and the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Prepare and maintain sales documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Assist in coordinating sales activities, events, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
Act as a point of contact between the National Sales Manager, sales team, clients, and other departments. Ensure effective communication and prompt responses.
Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and other related records. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Organize and prepare materials for sales meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Assist in the execution of sales initiatives and campaigns. Provide support for sales presentations and client interactions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support the sales team in identifying new opportunities.
Perform general office duties as required, including filing, scanning, and office organization.
- **Requirements.**
- High school diploma or equivalent required in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably within a sales environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is a plus.
Ability to take accurate meeting minutes and distribute them promptly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
