Are you someone who can:

- User Acquisition & Growth:

- Develop and implement strategies to attract new users to nav» through various digital channels, including paid advertising, search engine optimisation, social media, in-app direct marketing and partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that drive adoption and continuous engagement.
- User Engagement & Retention:

- Analyse user behaviour and feedback to identify opportunities for organic growth, returning users, improving user experience, and reducing churn.
- Develop incentive campaigns to drive continued app usage and customer retention.
- Product Cross-Sell:

- Identify cross-sell opportunities within the nav» theme customer journeys and develop strategies to promote complementary products and services to users.
- Work closely with product and sales teams to design and implement cross-selling campaigns within the app.
- Monitor and optimise cross-sell efforts to ensure alignment with user needs and business goals.
- Data & Analytics:

- Utilise data analytics tools to track and analyse key metrics related to user acquisition, engagement, retention, and cross-sell performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to report on growth KPIs and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve user growth strategies.
- Customer Funnel Management:

- Map out the user journey and identify critical touchpoints within the customer journeys where intervention can lead to higher conversion and retention rates.
- Implement and refine strategies to move users through the acquisition, activation, retention, and referral stages.
- Work with the product team to ensure seamless integration of growth strategies within the app’s user flow.
- Collaboration & Communication:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, IT, customer support, and design to align on growth objectives and execution.
- Collaborate with segments and product houses to align growth strategies with broader business objectives and goals.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between teams (e.g. product, segments, marketing, and customer service) to ensure consistent execution of growth initiatives.
- Lead regular sessions with peers to review performance, identify challenges and refine growth strategies as needed.
- Communicate growth strategies, performance, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in growth strategies.
- Qualification: Bachelor of Business Administration
- Preferred Skills: Experience working in the fintech, e-commerce, or consumer tech industries. Understanding of customer lifecycle management in a digital context. Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
