CocoStays is a professional Airbnb management company, based on the beautiful island of Zanzibar.

We are currently looking for an intelligent, personable and attentive guest services manager to join our growing team on the east coast of the island.

You will be a natural host, able to effectively interact with a range of holiday-makers from around the world, providing warm welcomes and co-ordinating the rest of the CocoStays team to ensure each and every guest-stay is a smooth and pleasurable experience

You will be part of team which looks after 10-15 luxury beachfront villas, as well as a brand new boutique hotel, opening later this year.

What you’ll be doing:

- Co-ordinating with our housekeeping teams, to ensure the villas are set up properly, & sparkling clean
- Communicating with our guests on a daily basis, via WhatsApp and in-person.
- Providing in-person check-ins, and welcoming our guests to the island
- Dealing with issues, responding to complaints and solving problems

- High levels of attention to detail and organisation
- Strong teamwork and people management skills

Salary will be paid in USD ~ $1000 - $2000

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
