Valor Hospitality Partners is recruiting for our client, a leading corporate facility based in Cape Town, and we are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee the facility's operations of a corporate building. As the Executive Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all strategic, critical, and other facilities meet business and contractual needs. You will also be responsible for developing the operating model, including people, process, and systems, to ensure effective and economical service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain short, medium, and long-term capex budgets for associated contracts.

Develop FM operational budget (short & medium term) and ensure compliance thereto.

Engage with different customer groups on a senior level to determine business plans and requirements.

Interpret customer business plan into FM requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.

Devise communication & change management strategies to ensure implementation of culture and strategies.

Define key performance areas & ensure the development of KPI's and contract compliance activities

Engage with service providers in developing their service delivery strategies.

Determine the appropriate & desired strategy & culture required to meet the customer requirements.

Ensure required customer policies are identified and developed.

Adherence to Integrated Management System (IMS)

**Requirements**:
A degree or B-Tech in Engineering / FM Qualification / Management degree (EDP, MBA or MBL advantageous)

OR

A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field

15 years of relevant working experience, 8 years FM & maintenance engineering experience, and 8 years Senior Management experience

OR

Minimum of 15 years of experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction managing hotels with a large infrastructure.

Experience in CRM & Property Management

OR

Hotel Management at hotels with large infrastructure

Facilities Management, General Building Maintenance, People Management, Supply Chain, Procurement (especially Strategic Sourcing), Negotiation Skills, Commercial, Contract & Vendor Management, General knowledge in Finance, Law & Auditing

MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level), SAP knowledge.

Valid SA Drivers’ License.

OHS Act, ISO 9001 Quality Management & Risk Management Systems will be an added advantage.
