**Professional Requirements**:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain conference room calendars.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as needed.
- Assist with other office duties as and when assigned.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented and reliable.

**Salary**: From R8 000,00 per month
