- To identify new sales opportunities, increase repeat or replacement business, oversee and monitor sales teams and ensure profitability by achieving agreed return on economic capital, non-interest revenue and new (and in some areas replacement) business targets, including market share and production**experience and qualifications**:

- Minimum Qualification - Diploma / Advanced Certificate in Sales and Marketing, Finance, Operational Management or Business Administration
- Preferred Qualification - Degree in Finance, Sales and Marketing or Business Administration (or other relevant degree); Leadership Diploma
- Experience - Eight to ten years experience in the financial industry, preferably in Sales and Marketing Three years managerial experience advantageous**additional requirements**:

- No Referral plan is assigned to this job

**responsibilities**:

- Provide input into the budget and manage and report on budget usage that reflects delivery of planned work within agreed parameters
- Ensure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processes
- Ensure implementation of the business Transformation plan in managed team and creation of an inclusive culture for employees
- Manage team performance in achievement of business objectives
- Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own and employee development
- Ensures compliance in area of responsibility
- Manages the Corporate sales portfolio
- Design and deliver customer service solutions, systems and interactions aligned to Organisational values and service standards that build the brand
- Delivers on Corporate sales opportunities to maximise, retain and grow profitable business
- Manages and reports on cost usage that reflects delivery of planned work within agreed parameters
