  • To identify new sales opportunities, increase repeat or replacement business, oversee and monitor sales teams and ensure profitability by achieving agreed return on economic capital, noninterest revenue and new (and in some areas replacement) business targets, including market share and production
    experience and qualifications:


Minimum Qualification
  • Diploma / Advanced Certificate in Sales and Marketing, Finance, Operational Management or Business Administration


Preferred Qualification
  • Degree in Finance, Sales and Marketing or Business Administration (or other relevant degree); Leadership Diploma


Experience
  • Eight to ten years experience in the financial industry, preferably in Sales and Marketing Three years managerial experience advantageous

responsibilities:

  • Provide input into the budget and manage and report on budget usage that reflects delivery of planned work within agreed parameters
  • Ensure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processes
  • Ensure implementation of the business Transformation plan in managed team and creation of an inclusive culture for employees
  • Manage team performance in achievement of business objectives
  • Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own and employee development
  • Ensures compliance in area of responsibility
  • Manages the Corporate sales portfolio
  • Design and deliver customer service solutions, systems and interactions aligned to Organisational values and service standards that build the brand
  • Delivers on Corporate sales opportunities to maximise, retain and grow profitable business
  • Manages and reports on cost usage that reflects delivery of planned work within agreed parameters
