**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the management of SOPs and Record compliance.
- Governor / Administrator of the QMS portal and the QA’s KPA team site.
- Distribution of draft and control copies of SOPs to relevant managers for review.
- Track and monitor dates of return of SOPs within review period.
- Master final SOPs as per ISO requirements and distribute to relevant departments while ensuring completion of distribution register.
- Filing of Master Documents and uploading read only document electronically on the QMS portal.
- Monitor effective dates of current legislation, i.e., ISO & SANS Register by checking relevant legislation websites such as SABS and inform QA Manager of any updates.
- Assist with audit preparation and conduct audits within departments to ensure documentation, training and GMP compliance.
- Ensure ISO documents and SANS Register are current and are reviewed bi-annually.
- Print labels and laminate for various departments upon request.
- Conduct induction and QMS training to new employees.
- Assist the Customer Liaison Officer when required.
- Responsible for departmental training and general administration.
- Oversee departmental training compliance and take action when training requirements are not met.
- Manage the control of Non-Disclosure Agreements / Visitor Medical Questionnaires and relevant GMP documentation.
- Manage and control the box replacement process to ensure memos are created and back orders are controlled

**Qualifications**
- Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent
- Administration Diploma advantageous
- 1 - 2 years administrative experience
- Quality Assurance experience advantageous
