**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Manage incoming calls
Protect and uphold good company reputation
Focus on customer satisfaction
Patience
Adapt to different customer characters and personalities
Responsible for all daily transactions
Manage the Trip Sheets on daily basis
Allocating spares to Jobs/invoicing on OMNI Account
Liaise with Warehouse and Different Stores
Matric
2 years of Experience in Administration & Customer Service
Good communication and organizational skills
Must be fully computer literate in Microsoft Word (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Attention to detail
Problem solving skills
Excellent computer skills
Administration skills
Delivering Results and Meeting Customer Expectations
Following Instructions and Procedures
Knowledge of Omni/SYSPRO System (Advantageous)
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Excellent communication and telephone etiquette
