We are looking for a talented, innovative, hands-on, customer-obsessed Group Manager: Strategic People Partnering with a passion for developing and implementing People strategies across complex and diverse environments.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- B Degree (Hons) (Relevant) (Essential/Minimum)
- Management Development Programme (Essential/Minimum)

**EXPERIENCE**:
8-10 years Deep relevant experience supporting executive level leaders on strategic People initiatives within diverse organisational contexts and high proficiency in business acumen and data analytics (Essential/Minimum) Management

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum)
- Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum)

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
As Group Manager: Strategic People Partnering you must be able to work independently, establish and execute long
- and short-term human capital strategies while taking a hands-on approach, and interface effectively with P&P professionals across the organisation. You will need excellent communication, professional interpersonal skills and the ability to function in an innovative and ambiguous environment. You will need strong analytics skills and the ability to translate your clients’ business plans and goals into the people capabilities needed to achieve results. Although reporting to the Chief People & Performance this role supports senior leaders across various Corporate Functions and you should be considered a part of the business leadership team. You will build a deep understanding of both the business direction and people priorities to ensure successful delivery of key people initiatives. You will also be responsible for overseeing our approach to people partnering across Exxaro.
